Waves of Wellness
Okay, hear me out for a second.
You know that version of you who’s always holding it together?
The one who’s productive, reliable, shows up, handles things…
…but is also low-key exhausted and can’t remember the last time she did something just for fun?
This is for her.
Waves of Wellness is an afternoon off from being “on.”
Not a retreat where you have to dig deep or share your feelings in a circle unless you want to.
Not a conference.
Not another thing to be good at.
Just a really intentional few hours where you get to exhale.
And yes — it’s on a literal boat.
Why a boat?
Because if you’re going to step away from your life for a few hours, it should feel different.
We’re hosting this aboard the Moshulu — the big ship on the Philly waterfront you’ve probably driven past a million times and thought, “That looks cool.“
Turns out, it is.
There’s something about being on the water that automatically slows you down. Your shoulders drop. Your brain gets quieter. You remember what it feels like to just…be.
That’s the vibe.
The experience uses the metaphor of waves to explore how we move through stress, responsibility, and emotional load, not by fixing or escaping, but by learning how to stay steady.
This is not your typical wellness event, or conference or traditional retreat. It’s a thoughtfully curated experience centered on presence, care, and connection.
What actually happens?
Nothing weird. Nothing awkward. Nothing forced.
You’ll float between things like:
- Easy, mental-health-informed workshops that feel more like conversations
- Gentle yoga you don’t have to be “good” at
- Chair massages because your neck and shoulders have been through enough
- Sound healing that honestly just feels really calming
- Brunch that you get to sit down and enjoy
- Music, laughing, and talking to women who feel oddly familiar
You can join in.
You can hang back.
You can wander, sit, or just stare at the water.
All of it is okay.
Who this is actually for
Women who:
- Do a lot and don’t complain about it
- Like the idea of wellness but roll their eyes at anything too woo-woo
- Want connection but not networking
- Miss having fun without having to plan it
You don’t need to come with friends.
You don’t need to “need” this.
You don’t need to fix anything about yourself.
The details (so you can picture it)
The Moshulu, Philadelphia
May 31st
10:00am- 2:00 PM
Long enough to reset.
Short enough that you’re not rearranging your entire life.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are included. Because obviously.
About the price
About the price
Tickets are $225.
That covers the ship, the food, the facilitators, the experiences, and the fact that someone else planned all of this so you don't have to.
This isn't about getting the cheapest ticket.
It's about giving yourself something that actually feels good, not just for the day, but afterward.
And yes, a small number of quiet-access tickets exist for people already in our community.
One last thing
One last thing
- "I should do something for myself"
- "I'm tired of just pushing through"
- "I miss feeling like me"
This is that thing.
Not because it'll change your life.
But because it'll remind you that you're allowed to step off for a minute.
Come if it feels right.
We'll save you a seat.
This is for women who
This is for women who:
- Are tired but don't want another "fix yourself" workshop
- Love wellness but hate when it feels performative
- Want connection without awkward icebreakers
- Need a break that actually feels like a break
You don't need to be "into yoga."
You don't need to know anyone.
You don't need to be in a crisis.
You just need a minute.
