Types of evidence-based therapy we use either solely or in combination are the following:

  • ESFT—Eco-systemic structural family therapy—This type of therapy is useful for working with families and children that are challenged with behavioral and relationship issues.

  • TF-CBT –Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral TherapyThis is for individuals impacted by single, multiple, or complex trauma who need to process the events of the trauma safely and who also could benefit from coping skills to work through their experiences.

  • Person-Centered- This type of therapy is utilized to better understand your thoughts and feelings. The emphasis is placed on you as a person and as the expert in all things related to you.

  • Solution-Focused—This form of therapy focuses less on past life events but rather helps you to find ways in which you can use practical, useful strategies to deal with whatever concerns or challenges you have at the time.

  • Holistic health—This type of counseling takes into consideration your entire being and focuses on your mental, physical, and spiritual self in order to aid in the healing process. This is why we utilize treatments such as massage therapy and reiki to aid in physical and spiritual healing.
