Are we accepting new clients?

What is your current wait time?

Our wait time is contingent on the therapist you choose. Some have current availability while others may be at capacity or unable to accept new clients at this time. When you call in we will work with you to make sure you are seen as soon as possible.

What payment types and insurances do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks.

We are currently paneled with most insurances such as: Horizon Blue Cross, Optum, Highmark, Cigna, United, and Premiere Blue Shield. We are currently not accepting Medicaid or Medicare at this time. Additionally, we are unable to accept cash or out of pocket payments if you have Medicaid or Medicare. If you do not see your insurance on the list please inquire online or via phone.

How long is a therapy session?

On average you can expect a session to last anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. Sessions are scheduled according to your needs and goals. Some clients are seen weekly, some bi-weekly, while others are seen multiple times a week.

Additionally, clients usually can remain in treatment anywhere from 8 weeks to 1 year and sometimes longer. It all depends on your goals and your progress towards your goals. The key for us is to remain in constant communication with you with regards to your progress, establish a plan of how to attain those goals, and provide you with the tools to be able to achieve the vision.

What types of therapies do you provide?

Types of evidence-based therapy we use either solely or in combination are the following:

  • ESFT—Eco-systemic structural family therapy—This type of therapy is useful for working with families and children that are challenged with behavioral and relationship issues.

  • TF-CBT –Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral TherapyThis is for individuals impacted by single, multiple, or complex trauma who need to process the events of the trauma safely and who also could benefit from coping skills to work through their experiences.

  • Person-Centered- This type of therapy is utilized to better understand your thoughts and feelings. The emphasis is placed on you as a person and as the expert in all things related to you.

  • Solution-Focused—This form of therapy focuses less on past life events but rather helps you to find ways in which you can use practical, useful strategies to deal with whatever concerns or challenges you have at the time.

  • Holistic health—This type of counseling takes into consideration your entire being and focuses on your mental, physical, and spiritual self in order to aid in the healing process. This is why we utilize treatments such as massage therapy and reiki to aid in physical and spiritual healing.
