Payment & Cancellation Policies
Thank you for choosing SJCC for your mental health needs. We are committed to providing clear and transparent policies to ensure a positive experience for all our clients. Please review the following information carefully:
Fees:
- Intake Session: $200
- Individual Therapy Session: $150
- Couples Therapy Session: $175
- Group Therapy Session: $20-$45 (varies by group)
Insurance:
We are in-network with most commercial insurance plans. However, we do not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare. Please verify your insurance benefits and understand your coverage for mental health services. It is your responsibility to notify SJCC of any changes to your insurance information as soon as possible.
Payment Methods:
For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Please note that we do not currently accept cash or checks. An active card must be kept on file to process copays, deductibles, late cancellation fees, or any other client responsibility.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): You may be charged up to the full session fee.
- No-Shows: A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show and you may be charged the full session fee.
In Case of Emergency:
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, do not wait to contact us. Please call 988 or your nearest crisis center immediately.
Agreement:
By scheduling an appointment with SJCC, you acknowledge and agree to the above payment and cancellation policies.
